Originally from Argentina, Naz brings a diverse background shaped by years of experience in dance, education, and wellness. Her journey into Pilates is built on a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. This foundation allows her to guide clients with clarity, precision, and care.

Naz has been my Pilate teacher for 4years. She changed my whole body form and let me understand my weak points. She helped me overcome many post pregnancy problems and made me feel brand new person again:) Have tried other classes in other studio before but Naz is unique and irreplaceable.
